Running around after two young children, helping run her family business and working a professional lecturing job, Linda should have every excuse not to train…

On and off, Linda has been one of my longest serving clients (4 years) and so much has happened within that time.

When we first met Linda was prepping for a Thai Boxing fight and we worked on improving her athletic performance for this cause… Not long after her fight she fell in love with strength training and built up some pretty impressive numbers…

But as life goes things change, she fell pregnant (continued to train through most of this) then fell pregnant a second time and training became a distant memory… as well as this she helps her husband run their family business Northern Kings and lectures on a part time basis…

Did I also mention she travels from Newcastle to train with us at Stanley (15 miles) every Tuesday and Fridayat 7am?

Pregnancy and child birth can have a huge impact on a woman’s body and self-confidence but it is in your control to do something about it…

Linda is not focused on training every day of the week for a fight she is simply making steps to regain her health, strength and develop a good physique

Linda makes time to train twice per week, she follows good nutritional principles and is making unbelievable progress towards regaining her post pregnancy figure…
